Private Groups

Service Description

I work with small groups of 2, 3, 4 and above. I work with both private clients in their private spaces or outdoors and lead corporate groups/staff in workplace settings. Small groups enable individual modifications and correctness to ensure the safety and effectiveness of each movements pattern.
